Bacon-Wrapped Smokies with Brown Sugar and Butter

Salty goodness from the bacon and sweetness from the brown sugar. The best of both worlds.

  • 1 package (16 Oz. Size) Little Smokies Sausages
  • 1 pound Bacon Strips
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, For Sprinkling


  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each smokie with a half strip of bacon. Place all the wrapped smokies in a single layer in a baking dish, or rimmed sheet pan. Take some brown sugar and sprinkle evenly over the smokies. Bake for about 15–25 minutes or until bacon is nice and crisp (bake times will vary).
  3. I guarantee if you make these, they will be gone! I made them for a gathering and everyone just kept eating them, and eating them.
