Chicken_Egg Kathi Rolls / Delicious Chapathi Rolls

Chapathi wrapped with delicious filling makes a kathi roll. You can fill them with your choice of meat, veggies and egg. Here is an easiest kathi roll recipe. Check out the video of making kathi rolls and don't forget to Subscribe my You Tube channel 12recipebook

  1. Rolled chapathi dough-4
  2. Eggs-4
  3. Thinly chopped onion-1
  4. Thinly chopped tomato-1
  5. Thinly chopped green chilly-1
  6. Salt-to taste
  7. Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
  8. Oil-to cook chapathi
  9. Thinly chopped carrots-1/4 cup
  10. Thinly chopped lettuce- 1/4 cup
  11. Fried boneless chicken pieces-1/4 cup
  12. Mayonnaise-1/4 cup
  • Mix eggs with onion, tomato, green chilly, salt and pepper; mix well.
  • Heat a tawa and place the rolled chapathi; cook one side for few seconds.
  • Apply a teaspoon of oil on top and flip to the other side.
  • Now add a part of egg mix on top and spread to all the round.
  • Flip to other side when bubbles came (or until cooked).
  • Cook for another few seconds and take out from the pan.
  • Cook all the remaining chapathi's.
  • Now take a chapathi and add a tablespoon of mayonnaise on centre.
  • Add chicken pieces, carrots and lettuce.
  • Roll it and enjoy with any of your favorite dips.
